Angela Lindvall lists LA home for $1.64M

GOSSIP & RUMORS: Angela Lindvall lists LA home for $1.64M

Retired supermodel, entrepreneur and sustainability activist Angela Lindvall has put her Los Angeles home on the market for $1.64 million. The dwelling, which comes with a yoga room — Lindvall is a certified instructor — is surrounded by hiking trails in the foothills of the Santa Monica mountains.

A mom of two, Lindvall and her listing broker, Melinda Moore of Normand & Associates, will be donating 10% of the sale to Coyota Ventures. The venture capital firm invests in early stage companies supporting women’s health — physically, financially and emotionally — as a way to give back.

Lindvall bought the home, at 4409 Canoga Ave. for $1.55 million in 2022. She’s selling it because she has returned to her Midwestern hometown. This is all after she sold a 7.5-acre property in Topanga Canyon, where she raised her two boys, during COVID.

“It was a utopia where sustainability thrived, chickens roamed, gardens flourished and my boys enjoyed the freedom of riding motorcycles,” Lindvall told Gimme Shelter. “However, during the pandemic, I made the decision to sell that property and invest in a 20-acre ranch near my family in my hometown of Kansas City, Missouri.”

The Canoga Avenue property, she said, was an investment to support her youngest son, Sebastian, 18, through school.

The 3,594-square-foot spread comes with four bedrooms and four baths — and it is adjacent to the Woodland Hills Country Club. The home, painted white with a bold red door, comes with a gated driveway.

It includes a modern chef’s kitchen with a large dining and sitting area. There’s also a spacious main bedroom suite with that adjacent private yoga room.

The home, on .26 acres, was built in 2004. The outdoor space is big enough to accommodate an sauna and a cold plunge pool to enhance the yoga room, the listing notes.

“Juggling between two locations proved challenging, and I’m eager to expand my real estate ventures, particularly in the flourishing areas of Lee Summit and Kansas City,” Lindvall said. “I’m deeply passionate about regenerative farming and sustainability, values that align closely with the mindful development and support of local businesses I’ve witnessed in my hometown.”

Named Model of the Year by Vogue in 1999, Lindvall was also one of the first “Project Runway” hosts.

Throughout her modeling career, she has graced the covers of Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar and more. She also walked in Victoria’s Secret fashion shows and on runways for designers including Chanel, Dior and Calvin Klein.
