The Westchester County woman who was tragically crushed by a tree during Wednesday night’s vicious rainstorm has been identified as the wife of a Yankees executive.
Catherine Tusiani, 50, was killed when a tree struck her vehicle while she was traveling northbound on Route 128 in Armonk, law enforcement sources said.
She was the only person in the vehicle at the time of the accident, the North Castle Police Department previously released.
Tusiani’s husband, Michael J Tusiani, is the Senior Vice President of Partnership for the New York Yankees, according to the team’s website.
The couple also has at least one daughter, who is studying public relations at Boston University, her LinkedIn profile stated.
